Victoria is the founder of Barkate Capital, LLC. She has worked in the M&A industry for the past 8 years helping large corporations navigate the complexities of integrating their people, processes and technologies on a multi-million-dollar scale. 

Victoria previously worked for a global IT Services firm where she managed large teams of consultants through the process of mergers and carve outs. She also built and grew a Chicago property management firm that specializes in managing multifamily real estate portfolios, including her own. Her particular specialties are within sales, hiring, processes automation and optimization. She holds a B.A.  from Baylor University in Finance and Management Information Systems.

Joe is a serial entrepreneur. He's been in both the legal and financial industry for over 20 years. He has bought and sold one of his own companies and serves as an advisor on the board of Barkate Capital, LLC. 

Joe is a lifelong learner and is continually seeking new opportunities to bring value to his sales force and team. Joe received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy. He was then commissioned and served as an A-10A Thunderbolt II fighter pilot stationed in the United Kingdom and West Germany. Joe received his Masters of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and his JD from the University of Texas School of Law. He is both a Certified Financial Planner™ and Attorney Licensed in the State of Texas.
